This year, AEG would like to offer our Premier Retailers the opportunity to run their very own Big Game Night. As you re likely aware, Big Game Night is our favorite annual event at Gen Con, amassing 500+ gamers who learn new games and compete against each other during the event. At the conclusion of the event, participants receive a collection of swag that usually includes some exclusive versions of our games! Premier Retailers will be able to participate in this event by purchasing a Big Game Night Store Kit (in quantities of 8). We have suggested pricing, due to the promotional nature of this event, but retailers may modify their event to suit their own needs. We recommend entrance into the event be sold at $40.00 and that the event be run concurrent to our own on the evening of August 5th. However, a retailer could charge less than suggested if they are more intent on just providing an event & value for their customers; or a retailer could add additional support or a meal to their event and increase the entry fee, accordingly. Retailers may run this event any time after ours and/or sell extra Big Game Night Boxes after the event has been run. AEG s Big Game Night has been a hit event at Gen Con Indy for the last three years. Now you can also have all of the same excitement without buying a plane ticket, in your local game store! Each Big Game Night 2016 Store Kit comes with: -8 copies of the 2016 Big Game Night Box -demo copies of AEG games -1 poster for advertising the event to your local players -Fantastic opportunity to run Big Game Night at your store on or after August 5th, 2016 -Livestreaming & contests to participate in on the night of August 5th, 2016 -4 exclusive games plus demo games to make it a one of a kind event -Storage solution for small games and accessories.
